The total stay was great for a vacation. The hotel staff were very nice, the breakfast was free. Appreciated the way our king room was arranged. A microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator were a huge plus.

Magnificent and wonderful location, highway is close to the hotel. It has good-sized and well-organised rooms with showers, excellent furnishings.

Conveniently located near major highways and close to various amenities and dining options. Ample parking and easy access to the rooms. Wide bathroom door accommodated necessary mobility equipment. a satisfactory experience.

Everything there was wonderful and the staff were very very nice and courteous. The rooms were tidy with central heating, cable TV with on-demand movies, and a microwave. The whole experience was comfortable.

The daily service was great. The breakfast was free, with a lot of goodies. It was in the central location close to downtown.

Our accommodation was set in a central location very close to stores / restaurants and a nice shopping center with multiple restaurants and stores in walking distance and Virginia. Lucky that it was at a medium distance from Chick-fil-A, offering food to go.

The service is great. Attentive staff and good sized and well laid out rooms with air conditioner and pull out sofa, for example. Great food, free breakfast. Very clean pool, marvellous and convenient location to many places to eat.

I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, close to highways and nearby attractions. The staff treated me with kindness and professionalism throughout my stay.

The location was excellent; not too far of a drive for anything. The room itself was nice with comfortable beds. The bathroom was spacious enough for my walker. The AC worked great for the fall/winter time. The shower pressure was decent. Breakfast was fine, although I'm not much of a breakfast person. it was a nice stay.

Felt safe walking at night, no reason to complain.

We have stayed at the Hyatt Place Richmond Airport several times because it is close to family. The hotel is nice and is professionally decorated. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are large and spacious and have all the amenities one needs.
